Our house is a private home that we open up for events that we and others organize. THERE IS NO PROFIT! Everything goes into providing future events and maintaining the venue. Since we started in 2008, we and benefactors have covered the shortfall of over $50,000 You can also arrange for private play in any of our specialty rooms. Just ask. Even better, you can stay Overnight for just $20.00 per person. All events are 19+ and ID is checked. Our ongoing events include: Our space comes with SM toys, sound, lube, condoms, gloves and cleaning supplies. The Dungeon with its suspension frame, Bondage table, chair, spanking bench and cage. The Garage is 18'×20' for Bondage, suspension and all kinds of SM play. The Medical room/kitchen for specialty fetishes includes a fucking machine. The Whipping Room with the St. Andrews cross. The Zen Room with a queen-size futon. The School Room with a hard point and sofa bed. The Hot Tub in a 12'×20' enclosure - relaxing, cozy, and private. The Red Room upstairs with a double bed. The Living Room upstairs for socializing (and riding the Sybian) The Smokers Lounge - a covered area between the house and hot tub You will find a clean, well-stocked safe place to learn and explore. We provide Unlimited pop, Unlimited spring water, Unlimited candy, We do our very best to be well-stocked with whatever you need. The Sybian (value $3000+) can be rented for $15 if used on-site and $50 per night if taken off-site (free during events). Volunteers are needed at times and are compensated.
